Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm Pacific Time normally ship the same day and should arrive to you within 1-3 business days. (Some exceptions may apply).

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the UPS Zone Map for the warehouse closest to you (see list below) in order to more accurately estimate shipping time.

Less-Than-Minimum & Special Orders

D2 Distributors, LLC has no minimum order. However, orders under $200 are subject to a $25.00 delivery charge. Special order merchandise is subject to freight charges from the manufacturer.

D2 Return Policy

D2 Distributors, LLC will accept returns of merchandise on regular stock items with proper authorization. Please call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. A restocking charge of 25% applies to all returns except those determined to be an error on the part of D2 Distributors (with prior return authorization).
